what i eat in a day
spiritually speaking
i keep wanting to join the “what i eat in a day” trend on instagram or youtube, but leaning towards what i consume spiritually regularly. great idea? ya! yet i don’t currently have the time to produce the video… so here it is, no selfies, no tripod, no make-up, no ring light: pure essence from my heart for my pure-hearted gang.
i created this spiritual routine for myself after burning-out back on my erotic artist / spicy content creator era. may the following information help you find tools to relieve your load.
as early as i can in the morning, i practise mindfulness meditation for 21 minutes. no visualization, no goal setting, no planning the day in the back burner; pure blissful connection. it gives me balanced/sustained/neutral energy to face the rest of the day. this year, i’m focusing on sound while i meditate. i use the sleep jar app because it’s cute, it’s free, it has an array of different sounds, stories, journeys, meditations, classic stories, and it’s purple 💜

nerd alert (🚨): next step is journaling. and since this can feel like a boring solemn serious activity, lemme introduce you to clark kegley. this dude’s youtube channel helps you find your own voice through journaling, so it can actually be a self-coaching activity. he’s also a master of manifestation and has videos about breathing techniques to produce and release dmt to your brain!

these days i do a daily prayer from a course in miracles, and let me tell you: that habit is exactly what lit my inner fire to write and share this newsletter with you 🙏🏽

some days, i just let the experts pour their magic unto me. let me introduce you to hoa, a reiki master that’s helping raise the collective vibration with her sessions on youtube. i let her take care of the energy when i feel drained, overwhelmed, tired or bored.

finally, dr. fre‘s song recommendation for the week. he says “moewe by löwenzahnhonig reminds me of places i’ve never been to. it opens a liminal space where we can wander”. enjoy!

may we appreciate the souls that created all what i’m sharing today. let all this serve us as a reminder that our own unique magic is also being shared without us knowing it. so let’s keep showing up, for ourselves and for the highest good.
repeat out loud: my ideas are worth millions. my words can be medicine. my experiences are valuable. my intuition guides me. i wouldn’t feel inspiration, if somebody out there was not manifesting my next creation. i am valuable. i am loved.
have a blessed week!
sending much love, mora.
