favorable conditions in 2026

take to the skies ✈️

🎵it’s a new year, it’s a new day, it’s a new life for meeeee…”; universe: in 2026, i want to stay present, and take conscious decisions about the well being of my body, mind, emotions and spirit. i’m a believer that you can have 99 problems and your health, or you can be ill and then have just one big problem. let’s make our wellness, inevitable.

• let me introduce you to andrew weil, m.d., a really cool guy. he went on a few psychedelic trips back in the 60’s and 70’s, then enrolled to harvard medical school; and had the realization that scientific medicine methods focus mainly on solving issues, rather than reinforcing health conditions to prevent them; that doctors tend to prioritize solutions based on science, instead of curiously searching for the root of any symptom. so he came up with integrative medicine, a based-on-science approach to medicine, that pays attention to the complete circumstances of the patients before prescribing pills (we see you and respect you, eastern and indigenous medicines). his idea of a healthy living suggests that we can get to the old age and still maintain our bodies and minds in optimal condition (cough cough alzheimer who?). he’s 83 and thriving! fun facts about him: he introduced matcha to the western world, and his bestie is our dear mycologist, paul stamets. check out dr. weil’s instagram profile (@drweil), his books, and the nutrition blog he has with his daughter, diana weil.

• time to honour the body that allows us to enjoy the 3d pleasures. coach kosak and claudia have over 1,000 different training videos on the hasfit youtube channel, they have a free fitness app, plus a blog about nutrition and healthy living. their community name is hasfit, which stands for heart and soul fitness (cute); and they got a routine for you, no matter the physical condition you’re currently at. let’s stay active during the winter, so we can play a lot during the summer!

daria studio channel on youtube contains my favourite go-to asmr videos for when i have creative work to do and want some not distracting inspiring company. watching her -patiently- complete her art pieces, hearing the subtle drawing noises on the back, helps my neurodivergent brain to focus. some videos last one hour, others one and a half; perfect for finishing a project.

• recommendation from dr. fre: shahbaz qalandar by ustad noor bakhsh, “maestro of the bolochi banjo, he creates music in which we feel his connection to something larger than life, therefore the connection to everything. he went viral, and even performed on the first boiler room: pakistan, spreading his magic with new generations”.

sending you the reminder that it’s safe to dream big. we just take it all one breath at a time. and when you recognize the pattern that sabotages you, say this aloud to your body: “we are safe, we’re just feeling fear”.

moving unrelentingly in 2026,
mora (a.k.a. tiny villain)
